Hello Friend,

Every year, thousands of high paying US jobs go unfilled because American workers don't have the skills employers need.  Big demand translates directly to high-paying career opportunities.  Entry level computer technicians (A+ or MCP certified) are starting at $30,000 to $40,000.  Programmers (MCSD certified) draw $50,000 to $82,000 annually.  The average annual salary for an MCSE is $61,900. The US economy is on the rebound. Are you going to be ready? Good luck is the intersection of opportunity and preparation. Are you prepared?

Does one of these opportunities have your name on it?

We live in a knowledge-based society. Opportunities exist because there is a critical shortage of qualified "knowledge workers".  Knowledge workers are people who possess the technical skills to build, maintain, and use the collective knowledge of an organization. The shortage is only going to get more intense as organizations rebuild infrastructures and business processes to get or maintain a competitive position in their markets.

If you think IT skills are only for "Techno-Geeks", you are dead wrong and you may soon have the pink slip to prove it. Everyone, from factory worker to CEO, needs at least basic computer skills to compete in today's job market. Employers need the intimate knowledge possessed by long-term employees, but only if they can effectively manage and share their knowledge with other team members. Employers need tech savvy people who can use the knowledge management tools of the twenty-first century.

We offer career training that will be the critical first step to getting you on the technology train. "Learning is a transparent event in the context of solving problems. The quicker one learns, the quicker one performs. The "if" of e-Learning is over. The relevant question now is who will become the early adopters that will enjoy the benefits and competitive advantage E-Learning will yield?"
--Kent Vickery, Chairman, SRI Consulting, Global Learning on Demand Advisory Board

"In your career, knowledge is like milk. It has a shelf life stamped right on the carton. The shelf life of a degree in engineering is about 3 years. If you're not replacing everything you know by then, your career is going to turn sour fast."
--Louis Ross, Ford Motor Co., CTO to a group of engineering students.

"If you are not being educated in your job today, you may be out of a job tomorrow... Employee education is not growing 100 percent faster than academia, but 100 times - or 10,000 percent - faster... Over the next few decades the private sector will eclipse the public sector and become the major institution responsible for learning."
-- Jim Botkin and Stan Davis, The Monster Under the Bed
